Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Credify Merchant Insights (the "Service"), provided by Credify for Databases LLC ("Credify", "we"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
Credify consolidates your sales data from your connected stores into one analytics dashboard. The Service is currently free.
2. Your account and Amazon authorization
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. To use the Service with Amazon, you authorize Credify through Amazon Seller Central. You can revoke that authorization at any time in Seller Central under Manage Your Apps.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for your own lawful business.
- Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it.
- Do not use the Service to violate Amazon's policies or any agreement you have with Amazon.
4. Your data
You keep ownership of your data. You allow us to process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection page.
5. Fees
The Service is free. If this changes, we will give you notice before any charge applies.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change features, and we will post material changes to these terms on this page.
7. Disclaimer
The Service and its analytics are provided "as is". Reports are informational and are not financial, tax, or legal advice. Data shown depends on what Amazon makes available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Credify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend access if you breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes fall under the courts of Cairo.
