Data Protection

Credify Merchant Insights · Last updated: October 11, 2026

How Credify Merchant Insights protects the Amazon seller data you authorize us to access. This page supports our Privacy Policy and follows the Amazon Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Scope of access

We access only the Selling Partner API data needed for the analytics you see: your Amazon order data, such as order dates, statuses, totals, and item counts. We only read this data. We do not change your listings, prices, or orders.

Purpose limitation

Amazon data is used only to show you your own dashboard and reports. It is never sold, rented, or used for advertising or marketing, and it is not shared with third parties other than the infrastructure providers listed below.

Security controls

Service providers

We host the Service on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Europe (Frankfurt) region. AWS is the only third-party service that processes seller data, and it does so only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion

Data is deleted within 30 days after you revoke access, close your account, or request deletion. Personal information is not kept longer than needed to provide the Service.

Incident response

If we detect a security incident affecting Amazon information, we investigate promptly, contain it, notify Amazon within the timeframe required by its Data Protection Policy, and notify affected sellers as required by law.

Your control

You can revoke access anytime in Seller Central (Apps and Services, then Manage Your Apps). To request deletion, email support@credify.live.
