Connect your marketplaces and storesاربط أسواقك ومتاجرك Amazon is supported in the Egypt (EG) marketplace. You can also connect your Shopify and WooCommerce stores from the same Dashboard page. It consolidates sales data from your stores, including Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce, into one analytics dashboard, so you can see sales, orders, and trends across all channels in one place.

What Amazon data does Credify access?ما بيانات أمازون التي تصل إليها Credify؟

Only your Amazon order data, such as order dates, statuses, totals, and item counts, which Credify needs to build your analytics. Credify only reads this data. It does not change your listings, prices, or orders.

فقط بيانات طلباتك على أمازون، مثل تواريخ الطلبات وحالاتها وقيمها وعدد القطع، وهي ما تحتاجه Credify لبناء التحليلات. تقرأ Credify هذه البيانات فقط ولا تغيّر قوائم منتجاتك أو أسعارك أو طلباتك.

How do I disconnect Credify or revoke access?كيف أفصل Credify أو أسحب الصلاحيات؟

In Seller Central, open Apps and Services, then Manage Your Apps, find Credify Merchant Insights, and choose Revoke access. You can also email us to disconnect your account and delete your data.

My dashboard shows no data or old data. What should I do?لوحة التحكم لا تعرض بيانات أو تعرض بيانات قديمة. ماذا أفعل؟

Confirm the Amazon connection is active in the dashboard, and that you authorized the marketplace you sell in. If it still looks wrong, reconnect your account or contact support.

تأكد من أن ربط أمازون فعّال في لوحة التحكم وأنك فوّضت السوق الذي تبيع فيه. إذا استمرت المشكلة أعد ربط حسابك أو تواصل مع الدعم.

Which marketplaces and languages are supported?ما الأسواق واللغات المدعومة؟

Amazon marketplace: Egypt (EG). You can also connect Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Support languages: English and Arabic.
