Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal and business data Credify Merchant Insights collects, why, and your choices. The controller is Credify for Databases LLC, 28 Makram Ebeid, Nasr City, Egypt.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number, and business name.
- Amazon seller data: Amazon order data, such as order dates, statuses, totals, and item counts, that you authorize us to read through Amazon's Selling Partner API.
- Usage and technical data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to run and secure the Service.
How we use it
We use your data to provide your dashboard and reports, secure your account, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use Amazon seller data for advertising or marketing, or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
- We do not combine Amazon data with other sources except as needed to show your own consolidated reports.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that host or operate the Service for us (cloud hosting on AWS, Europe (Frankfurt) region) under confidentiality and security obligations, or when the law requires it. Amazon data is not shared with other parties.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. If you disconnect, revoke access, or ask us to delete it, we delete your data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit (TLS), and restrict access to authorized staff. See Data Protection.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@credify.live. You can also revoke Amazon access in Seller Central.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children.
